The main building is entered through solid wooden doors with brass handles leading into the hallway with parquet flooring. The initial aesthetic upon entry is redolent of the grandeur of English manor houses.

Internally each apartment reflects a successful contrast through the retention of character features including, high ceilings, large skirting, wooden flooring and sash windows but with the convenience and comfort of contemporary design features including underfloor heating.

Each kitchen has a quartz worktop and comes with integrated appliances of Neff built in single fan oven, Neff built in ceramic hob with touch controls and Indesit integrated fridge/freezer. The shower rooms are fitted with Duravit sanitaryware, Crosswater shower heads and taps.

Future development is proposed on the western side of the building – this will provide a series of apartments which are proposed to be in the lower ground and ground floor area.
